Wesley Patterson and Johnny Baird took victory on last weekend's Imokilly Single Stage Rally. The crew won the event in their Escort from last year's winner Roy White by 6.2 seconds. White, navigated this year by Des Cooney had a great battle with Patterson over the three stages but in the end wasn't able to better his pace. Taking third was Barry Meade and Eamonn Hynes finishing just under 21 seconds behind the winners.
